What are your business hours?

Where are you located?

Our work studio is located in Vasant Vihar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India. Visits to the studio are by prior appointment only, as we do not have a walk-in store.

How to book an appointment to visit the studio?

Please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +91 9958115932 to schedule an appointment. Be sure to mention which lamp you are interested in purchasing.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We allow returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are also permitted, but only once. To initiate a return or refund, please inform us via email at hello@littlelamps.in within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. The final decision on refunds or exchanges lies with Little Lamps.

What is the warranty on your products?

While we do not offer a guarantee or warranty, our products are made in India, and all parts can be repaired. With proper care, our lamps are designed to last a long time and create many memorable moments!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, international shipping is available, but the shipping charges must be borne by the purchaser. Please note that refunds and exchanges are not available for international orders.

How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

 Products are usually delivered within 5-7 days of order confirmation, depending on your location. We will keep you informed of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances.

I have a large order. Will it take the same amount of time?

Generally, large orders will be delivered within 10-15 days if the items are in stock. However, customizations or special handling may require additional time.

How much do I need to pay for delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders for Rs.999 and above across India, except for certain regions not currently serviced by our logistics partners. Do you offer bulk discounts?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, and cash on delivery.

Which materials are used in making the lamps?

The lamp base is made of pine wood, followed by sealing and polishing to enhance durability and shine. Different materials, such as casement, jute, and cotton, are used for the lamp shade.

Are these lamps made in India or imported?

Our lamps are proudly made in India and designed by Kamya, the founder of Little Lamps.

Which electric fittings are included?

Each lamp comes with a cable cord(~1.5 mt) and pre fitted LED bulb(3.5 watt) and a 2-pin Indians plug.

Is the lampshade washable?

Yes, the lampshade is washable, contributing to our sustainability goals. It can be easily removed from the lamp base, washed, and reused.

How do I care for my product?

Use a clean, soft cloth to wipe the lamp base. Occasionally, when you have your furniture polished, consider having the lamp base polished as well to give it a new life and shine. Lampshades can be removed, washed, and reused, making our lamps a sustainable choice.If bored in future, you may buy additional lampshades too.

Can I customize my order?

Customization is possible, but it needs to be discussed. Please WhatsApp us to explain your requirements. You may send us fabric of your choice, but customized orders require extra time and may incur additional costs.

Are these lamps handmade?

Yes, our lamps are made by Indian artisans, one piece at a time. Due to this, there may be slight variations in size, shape, or color between two lamps. These variations are hallmarks of handmade products and should be seen as a stamp of uniqueness rather than defects.

Is there cash on delivery?

We understand that building trust takes time, so we do offer cash on delivery. However, we encourage prepaid orders, as being a small business, we require liquid funds. In the case of COD orders, the cash is with the logistics partner for a week.
